Daily memory workout

What is the daily workout?

The daily workout is a ten-minute memory-training routine that picks three games for you each day, using a date-seeded rotation drawn from the working-memory and everyday-memory categories — the champion-level sports events stay out of the rotation, so every day is playable at any level. Finish all three and the day is marked complete.

Streaks are counted automatically: every consecutive day with a completed workout extends your streak, and a missed day resets it. The structure is deliberate — memory research consistently favors short, spaced daily practice over long, occasional sessions, because the gains are consolidated between sessions rather than during them. A ten-minute daily habit is the single most effective memory-training routine most people can actually keep.
